Bare horizon, need stronger pigment.

Colours are not correct (just using old palette) but a bare horizon, layers of paint.

Showing rivers and planned roads from an old map.

Same map but roads and rivers in white.

Same map - rivers only. And building up land area to show forested land.

Updated version of previous painting, with more vegetation.

Almost bare horizon using supergranulated paints. I still want a stronger colour. Charcoal, peat.

Quick idea with land over laid with old farm outlines.

Adding a grid to show farms.
